The Company works in both the private and public sector; in fact, it is:

a member of SOANC (National Construction Certification Group), which means it is qualified to construct public projects in the above listed categories. The company has the skills, the specialized technical personnel, and the necessary equipment to carry out even notably difficult civil construction projects, solving the many technical problems which are inevitably encountered in every contract, releasing the contractor from any responsibility, and seeing the work through to the end, "key in hand".

The company does not limit itself to construction but, thanks to its technicians, extends consultation services to its clients as well. In fact, a study of the various preparatory phases of a project at the start of a job both controls and anticipates the solution for the critical moments that may be eventually encountered in the work terms and schedule, while always keeping costs in mind.

The company has the funding and insurance tools which allow it to create guarantee agreements to fulfill contractual obligations and to ensure high quality in the work carried out. The company uses "project financing" in city construction especially in the area of underground parking, an area in which it is also a licensee.
